It’s that time again to get back to singing in the choir, and I’d like to
encourage all of you to join us this year.
Our first rehearsal is on Thursday, September 4 from 7—8:30 pm. Afterward,
we’ll have a little dessert potluck. (Please note: if you are new to the choir,
please come as our guest; don’t worry about bringing anything for the dessert.)
Current members, the following is a list assigning people desserts, based on the
first letter of your last name:
A - J: Bar cookies
K - Q: Pie
R - Z: Fruit
The choir will begin singing for worship on Rally Day, September 14. We’ll talk
more about the calendar when we meet. One thing you can add to your calendars
now — it’s our turn to host The Promise of Christmas concert that we do with
Epiphany Lutheran’s choir. The date for that is December 14.
Blessings to you all, and I look forward to signing praises to God with you on
September 4 in the Choir Room.
