Lutherwood counselors join with Rose and Northlake volunteers to offer daily fun for school-age children.  Bible lessons, crafts and singing  give kids something special every day. The times are 9 AM – 3:30 PM daily at $50 for the full week (scholarships are available).  Volunteer opportunities abound for junior high and high school youth and adults as small group leaders, snack providers and daily registration helpers.  Please contact Rose Joiner — 425-486-6977. CASCADE CAMP CHERITH

The camping ministry of Pioneer Clubs has three weeks of camp for boys and girls.  The overnight camp is near Cle Elum.  Kids do not need to be a member of Pioneer Clubs to attend.  Beyond traditional camp fun, Camp Cherith gives kids the opportunity to develop both new and advanced skills in horsemanship, archery, canoeing, riflery, crafts, clowning, swimming, drama, nature and more.  Daily devotions and Bible study help children grow closer to Jesus.  Laser tag, the bungee run, human hamster balls and the Saturn water toy add loads of fun.  Don’t you want to go?  Campers are entering grades 2-12 in the fall.  Volunteer opportunities are numerous for adults who love children to serve as counselors, activity specialists and janitors.
